Businesses across industries are looking for ways to automate, integrate, and optimize processes without turning their infrastructure upside down.

At CES, we saw firsthand how AI and automation are shaping the future. In the real world, we helped enterprises like an Oil & Gas company and NGOs like RUF solve critical operational challenges.

In this article, we dive into:

✔️ The key takeaways from CES Las Vegas

✔️ How PROCESIO solved complex integration problems in Oil & Gas

✔️ How we helped RUF automate volunteer data collection

✔️ Why unstructured data is a gold mine that most businesses aren’t leveraging

PROCESIO is like electricity.

You use electricity for lighting.

You use electricity for motors.

You use electricity to power computers and screens.

You use electricity in everything.

This is how you can apply PROCESIO in various aspects of your work.

PROCESIO is a foundational technology that orchestrates other technologies, on top of which processes can be run in any industry.

Electricity has remained relatively unchanged over the years. Still, it has enabled considerable progress in many industries.

With workflow orchestration, forms, backend foundations, scalability, and even embedding AI Agents into our platform, PROCESIO is helps organizations to innovate faster and build better solutions.

While CES showcased the future, we are already making it happen in industries like Oil & Gas and NGOs.

At CES, we explored how technology is shaping society and how PROCESIO can support that evolution.

Last month, the PROCESIO team flew to Las Vegas to see the future!

You see many things happening in the media, and then you go to CES and see that those things are really happening.

CES Las Vegas is the largest Consumer Electronic Show worldwide, with more than 150.000 visitors.

We finally met people we’ve been talking with since last year and built new connections, especially in Nevada and Los Angeles.

We attended Jensen Huang’s keynote (CEO of Nvidia), and after the first 10 minutes, I realized we were entering the Matrix.

We saw real-life humanoid robots, personal drones that can carry you across locations, driverless cars, and devices that seem straight out of sci-fi.

Everyone at CES is talking about generative AI and the Agentic future. No matter their industry, it’s clear that AI is shaping everything now.

PROCESIO solved a complex integration in Oil & Gas.

Recently, we worked with a company that needed to integrate its core systems, but its infrastructure wasn’t flexible enough. Their technical team told them it would take months to make the necessary changes (time they didn’t have).

🔴 They faced 3 key problems:

1. Their systems were a mix of custom-built solutions and SAP, which made integration tricky.

2. They needed specific data about cash flows and card users but couldn’t easily get it out of their systems.

3. The project was time-sensitive, and traditional methods weren’t fast enough.

🟢 We analyzed their situation and built the integration using their existing setup:

1. They could export the data they needed in any format and automate saving it to a storage location like FTP, SFTP, or cloud options like Azure, AWS, or SharePoint.

2. If they had APIs, PROCESIO could connect directly using REST, OAuth, or certificate files. No APIs? No problem. We can pull data from emails or directly from databases.

3. We found multiple ways to connect to and integrate their systems without requiring massive changes.

PROCESIO it’s multivalent, just like electricity.

You decide what works best, and our platform makes it happen.

The beauty of PROCESIO is that it adapts to your needs, not the other way around.

We build fast, easy, and efficient enterprise integrations without turning your existing infrastructure upside down.

RUF partnered with PROCESIO to automate CRM data collection

The Romanian United Fund (RUF) is a global NGO that helps Romanian people settle and integrate into the United States.

RUF operates with a vast network of volunteers who actively contribute to the organization’s goals by attending events, building connections, and growing the NGO’s outreach.

🔴 But RUF’s network of volunteers was expanding fast. They needed a fast and efficient way to manage and document contact details and interactions:

→ RUF’s network of volunteers is growing every single day, and they need to manage thousands of contacts of people who want to settle in the US. Manually doing this process is just not sustainable.

→ Limited resources make researching, documenting, and processing all the volunteer contributions hard.

→ RUF needs better visibility into its volunteers’ capabilities and contributions to maximize their impact and grow its mission.

✅ Therefore, RUF partnered with PROCESIO to solve these challenges using automation:

→ We automated collecting and inputting volunteer contact details into the CRM, ensuring a smooth and efficient management of the expanding network.

→ RUF no longer requires extra resources to manage the growing volume of volunteer data. The processes could adjust according to the organization’s needs.

→ Automating data organization and analysis enabled RUF to better understand its volunteers’ contributions and capabilities, allowing the NGO to make more informed decisions.

Our work with RUF serves as a model for other NGOs facing similar challenges, and we are eager to replicate this success in the global NGO sector.

Unstructured data is a gold mine that most businesses aren’t using.

Every company has unstructured data. Contracts, offers, emails, documents, you name it.

It’s all there, sitting within your organization, untouched.

That unstructured data is a gold mine that most businesses aren’t using.

Think about it:

Unstructured data contains critical client information:

– details from contracts

– back-and-forth communications

– unique clauses that you can’t just stick into a CRM or ERP.

This data is the foundation of all your processes because, let’s face it, everything in a business revolves around clients.

But here lies two major problems:

❌ Enterprises rely on people to read, interpret, and act on this data, which is repetitive, resource-heavy, and prone to errors.

❌ Enterprises struggle with a lack of human resources, high turnover, and the costs of constantly onboarding new people.

So why not let automation handle this?

✅ PROCESIO can transform unstructured data into highly structured data and build the foundation for automation across your business.

From contracts with specific clauses to conditions hidden in NDAs, automation ensures that nothing is overlooked and that fewer people are stuck in repetitive loops.

Why is this so important?

Because we face tough financial times and companies will look to cut costs.

Unfortunately, customer support is often the first target.

But automating unstructured data can help companies reduce resource strain while maintaining service quality.

You’re sitting on a data gold mine. My question is: when will you start digging?

Conclusion

The companies that embrace AI-driven process automation will be the ones that adapt and scale. PROCESIO is making that possible, whether through enterprise integrations, structured automation, or AI-powered workflows.

We’ve built PROCESIO to work with your IT team, not against it. If you need to automate complex workflows and don’t know where to start, let’s schedule an intro call.

No pitches. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about how PROCESIO can solve your automation challenges.
