On April 15, 2025, PROCESIO hosted a lively webinar titled Trending Use Cases With PROCESIO, featuring PROCESIO founders Mihai Darzan and Marian Voicu, partner Vali Manu from OUTMOST, one of the most veteran and experienced PROCESIO partners. It was hosted by Alejo Roze, head of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances at PROCESIO. The session was packed with insights, a few technical hiccups (because what’s a live demo without suspense?), and a deep dive into how enterprises are leveraging PROCESIO’s automation superpowers. Here’s the scoop.
The Fastest Automation Tool in the West
Marian kicked things off by highlighting PROCESIO’s speed—less than 70 milliseconds per action. Recent architectural upgrades have shaved off a few milliseconds from an already impressive speed, making PROCESIO the fastest automation platform on Earth (and beyond, for all we know). The platform’s visual development environment and enterprise-grade performance have fueled over 100 projects in 2024 alone, many driven by partners.
Marian said it best: “PROCESIO is a superpower for you, the developers and software implementers, and also for the companies that benefit from these use cases.”
PROCESIO’s Partner Program
Alejo took a moment to discuss the main points of the partner program and its main driver: “The point of this program is that everybody wins.”
- Dedicated Workspace and Free Resources: partners can run projects from their PROCESIO workspace and charge their clients for their processing time. That’s it, no purchase orders or paperwork: just purchase the hours at a discount and run your projects. And of course PROCESIO starts all partners off with free processing time so they can begin to implement with zero investment.
- Joint Campaigns: once the partners find a use case they like and an industry they feel comfortable with, PROCESIO organizes lead generation campaigns for them, to replicate and multiply the success.
Trending Use Cases: From Chaos to Clarity
Then came the time to unveil the star use cases, Mihai explaining the benefits from the business side, and Vali showing real life success stories. In a nutshell, it’s all about taming unstructured data and AI-driven workflows:
1. Document Data Extraction (Unstructured to Structured Data)
Most organizational data is unstructured (emails, chats, documents) and underutilized. Enterprises drown in PDFs and emails. Extract and structure this data for better accessibility and automation. PROCESIO automates invoice processing, correlating data from contracts, annexes, and acceptance reports—saving accounting teams from manual hell.
Specific Use Cases:
- Invoice & Data Processing from Emails:
- Automate extraction and correlation of invoices, contracts, and annexes to streamline accounting to reduce manual labor in reconciling financial documents, and trigger actions from that data to make processes more efficient.
- CV/Resume Extraction for Recruitment:
- “The best candidates vanish fast,” Mihai noted. PROCESIO aggregates CVs from LinkedIn, emails, and job platforms, extracts key details, and ranks applicants—cutting time-to-hire and impressing HR teams and recruiters.
- Order Processing from Emails:
- Extract order details from emails/documents, store in databases, and provide a unified dashboard for managers to act on them and have reliable and organized records on their chosen CRM.
- Contract Processing & Due Diligence:
- Automate data extraction from contracts to save experts’ time (e.g., legal/financial teams) so they focus on analysis rather than manual data gathering.
Vali provided a hands-on demonstration on how quickly this can be set up to not only extract data but keep it organized and updated, integrated with a company’s native systems, all of it accessed via APIs.
2. AI Agents for Automation
- Deploy AI-powered chatbots/agents on platforms like WhatsApp, Email, or Chat to assist sales teams, improve customer support and automate communication workflows using LLMs (Large Language Models).
The value of AI Agents nowadays is practically impossible to argue. The bottom line here is that all the information that is processed needs to be useful, and this is where PROCESIO shines, orchestrating these agents to make the best use of the information based on predetermined processes.
Vali demoed an AI agent that processes business cards via WhatsApp. Snap a photo, and it extracts contacts, validates emails, and even hunts down LinkedIn profiles, all of it ready to be poured into your favorite CRM via API with zero work on your side. “No more post-conference guilt over unprocessed cards,” Mihai laughed. (Alejo admitted he still has a stack from last week’s event.)
The Next Big Thing
After the use case and success stories it was time to say goodbye.
The next success stories may come from the webinar participants, who have also received exclusive material to showcase to clients, and an open invitation to participate in PROCESIO’s partner program, if they aren’t already.
Final thoughts? Easy:
