Business Development Manager

We are looking for a new team member, an experienced Business Development Manager who will be in
charge with selling PROCESIO licenses and services, and will manage sales cycles, from the first contact to
closing, including strategic territory planning, target account identification, account penetration
presentation
and adjustment of solution’s value proposition, negotiation and contracting.

You will be passionate about technology and skilled in promoting innovations, a driven, dynamic,
dedicated, quick thinking and problem solver.

You will be part of PROCESIO, an ambitious product built like a Startup under RINGHEL mother company and with a focus on building a No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software.

We aim to empower companies to adjust faster to market changes with lower costs and using existing business personnel. And the vision is to be the default and natural step forward in building software, by any person – but also a core productivity tool, such as email, word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation tools, for every employee of an organization to use.

RINGHEL is the leading Romanian niche software provider for power and gas markets in Romania.

We have developed the suite of applications GeFEE that includes desktop and web platforms, covering the entire market activity flows.

Our platforms are used by 50% of the active electricity suppliers and 20% of gas suppliers on the local market. We are expanding in other countries and in order to easily localize and customize the platforms we will migrate and build products using the no-code technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate our Product, educate and train customers to adopt PROCESIO
  • Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, articulate PROCESIO 
    product’s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  • Develop pipeline and keep track of the deals progress.
  • Focus on understanding customer needs in Product Development for existing or new business
    development, match them with PROCESIO  capabilities, and demonstrate better ROI on their
    software investment
  • Recruit effective channel partners for PROCESIO  solutions as a market penetration strategy
  • Become a subject matter expert on PROCESIO  solutions, and stay up-to-date on industry news
  • Conduct research to qualify inbound lead or to identify new markets and customers, as well as
    run cold calls and create new leads
  • Develop a strategic plan in conjunction with company goals for the territory assigned and
    execute it to in order to achieve your business objectives

Professional knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience for software/SaaS solutions

  • In this capacity, you will have business acumen, passion and technical savviness to understand
    customer’s business drivers and recommend solutions through using PROCESIO platform

  • Ability to work with C-Level executives

  • Proven track record of quota achievement

  • Ability to penetrate accounts by obtaining meetings with key stakeholders, identify or generate
    demand and close sales of software and services.

  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized, write emails, take calls, set and conduct on-line meetings

  • Strong presentation skills, excellent written, verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive
    approaches

  • Able to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely
    with all commercial departments such as Sales, Operations and Product Development

  • Good time management and prioritization skills

  • Technical skills in writing, editing, formatting, research and analysis

  • Able to work independently, have a high energy level, and competitiveness

  • Strong planning, time management, organizational skills, creative problem solving, and team
    player

  • Ability to travel as required

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ IT/ Business/ Marketing or related field

  • Foreign languages and Level of Proficiency required: English C level – Proficient user

Financial knowledge:

  • Ability to understand complex business/financial data analysis and reports, and develop
    innovative solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
